Juventus set to beat Liverpool and Chelsea to the signing of Alex Telles for £35 million
Liverpool and Chelsea are set to be beaten by Juventus to the signature of FC Porto left-back, Alex Telles.
The Old Ladies have reportedly launched £35 million bid for the impressive Brazilian as they prepare to sell Manchester United target, Alex Sandro.
Telles caught the attention of Europe’s top clubs last season as he scored three goals and registered 13 assists for the Portuguese side.
He has attracted the attention of Liverpool in the past year as Jurgen Klopp looks to bring in more competition for a position that already has Andrew Robertson and Alberto Moreno.
Chelsea also want Telles to come and provide adequate competition for Marcos Alonso after Emerson Palmieri failed to do just that since arriving from AS Roma last winter.
The attention from Juventus, Chelsea and Liverpool has given Porto the confidence to demand a high fee for the 25 years old and the Portuguese giants are hoping that a bidding war would ensue from the interest in his services.
