AC Milan plots January move for another Chelsea star as his contract expires
AC Milan are keen on signing Chelsea midfielder, Cesc Fabregas in the next transfer window as the Spaniard nears the end of his current Blues deal.
Fabregas has just under a year left on his current contract, and talks of a new deal have not progressed. Milan is hoping to get him in the January transfer window instead of waiting until the summer when he would be free.
Sun Sport claims that they plan to offer Chelsea a small fee for the Blues to allow him to move to the Serie A in January.
Fabregas joined the Blues in 2014 and has helped them win two Premier League titles since he returned to the Premier League.
He played in the Community Shield loss to Manchester City, but he has failed to feature in any of their Premier League games so far.
He has fresh competition from Jorginho and Matteo Kovacic and he may have to leave Stamford Bridge to be able to play regularly.
